Issue in thingy 91 during update firmware through programmer and in activiation of ibasis simcard

Hi.

I purchased a nordic thingy 91 in Singapore. But when i try to update firmware through programmer, it is not detecting the module. Also i am not able to activate the ibasis sim card that came with the module. Please let me know how to solve this issues.

HI. I activated the sim card. But when I try to update firmware through programmer, it is not detecting the module. Also when i try add LTE device in cloud it shows "There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned. Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412".

Have you powered on the Thingy:91? What lights are showing in the hole?

Hi. Yes i have powered on the Thingy:91. Without pressing SW its shows blue light and when I press SW while switching it doesnt show any light and it us not been detected in the programmer. Do we need to install any usb drivers?
