When will the S120 be released?

I heard that S120 can work as the master for BLE some months ago.So When will the S120 be released?Could you have something that I can know the S120 share with me?Thanks.

Interesting question, since the upcoming Bluetooth 4.1 will have peripheral-to-peripheral communication and it will be released later this year (only 70 days to go). This makes sense in so many use cases; it actually eats into ANT+ territory!

I don't know what the new feature will be called, "dual mode" or "dual role" etc., but I guess S120 is just following the new spec -- Bluetooth 4.1.
