OTA is successful in the Custom board. But it's not working

I have done buttonless DFU in Custom board using  NRF52832. My code with DFU is working fine in the nrf52832 Development kit. While I am trying in a custom board. My Application zip was uploaded to the Device Successfully. But, after that its keep advertising as "DFUTRAG" only

Please help me with this

Hi,

Try using the debug variant of the bootloader(pca10040_ble_debug), and see if you get any reasons for why it don't jump the application in the terminal.

PS: If you are having issues with the RTT logging, then you might need to set NRF_FPRINTF_FLAG_AUTOMATIC_CR_ON_LF_ENABLED in sdk_config.h to 0

I have Debug by following the above-mentioned procedure. It's working fine I didn't stick with any breakpoint error. But DFU  I can't able to do. Other than that all other processes are working fine

 So it's still advertising with "DFUTARG", and stuck in bootloader after the DFU? If yes, could you post the log output shown in the debug terminal here?

I have tested in other custom boards that were working fine for DFU. But in this specific board is not working

1) Do you have a LF crystal on this board?

2) Maybe you can try to do a full erase, nrfjprog --eraseall, program the SoftDevice and Bootloader, and then try again?

Hi, Thank you for your help, Actually, We got a Successful output by following
