Solder mask rule?

How can I define my solder mask properly ?

Is my solder mask definition correct ?

it is best to give the specs to manufacturer. They probably charge you 2$ for engineering fee but they will callibrate the mask for you.

I can not see solder mask between pad, is that ok ? will it make a solder bridge? thanks
