Trouble getting radio_test project to work

Hi,

I have followed the documentation here trying to get the radio_test  project working for FCC certification:

Unfortunately I can not get any payload printed on the Rx board. I have tried looking through the forum but didn't find any useful information that I had not already tried.

I have attached a video recording of my laptop showing the test setup, please review that and let me know if you have any thoughts.

Some extra information:

The code is completely unmodified from the example. The board used is a custom board using nRF52840 BLE module from U-Blox (BMD-340)

The BLE functionality is well tested.

The two boards are sitting right next to each other so this is not a range issue.
