Add Coded PHY in Peripheral to improve Range

Hi,
1- I have worked on ble_app_template(As Peripheral Only). Now, what changes I should make to gain max range? Any specific changes for long-range? 
2- Here is my code. I have read this blog Long_Range. But not finding where I have to make changes in my code. Can you please guide me?

3- Either Coded PHY support all smartphones or only having Bluetooth 5?

Have you verified that the iPhone X and "other mobiles" supports Coded PHY and advertising extensions?

If you are able to scan the device using the Oneplus 6T, it should work correctly.

It shows in the scanner for some sec then stops showing in the scanning list.

Did you debug the application to see if there are any error codes or crashes reported?

If you see it for a while but then it stops, there is likely something in the FW causing that.

How long is "some sec" ?

Note that many (all?) of the SDK examples do have a timeout on advertising
