How to start Advertisement after detecting a specific scanner device is in scanning?

Hi,

We have a product developed which will be in continuous advertisement mode for life time. Now we wanted to make our product advertise only after it detects a valid scanner device is scanning. Please suggest how to make it.

You can't do that.

A device cannot tell what may or may not be listening to its advertisements.

Perhaps look at this:
