"Unspported Device" error while connecting nRF5340 to nRF Connect v3.6.1 - Programmer

Question

I am unable to connect the device to nRF Connect programmer. Following is the error. how to resolve it? what actually is the problem?

Hello Timothy, 
 Thanks for the pictures! The 3 COM-ports are supposed to be registered as “JLink CDC UART Port”. 
 
 Are you sure that you are using an USB data cable and not one for powering only?

Thanks Markus, you have Identified correct cause. It was the problem with 'JLink CDC UART Port' only. I have updated v7 on my Windows 10 and its working fine now. Thanks for your support.
