Could you try checking the "Clean Build Directory" checkbox?

And I assume you haven't made any changes to the "peripheral_lbs" example project you are starting?

I have tried checking "Clean Build Directory" checkbox.

Problems can arise  too.

I don't change anything of the project

That is weird. I just did a fresh reinstallation of 1.5.1, and my environment paths differ a bit from yours.

So you installed it using the Tool Manager, but did you set any of the Segger Environment Option paths yourself?

Could you try reinstalling NCS v1.5.1?
