nRF5340 DK LED5 is bright SW9 is on VDD mode and the PC doesn't Detect the board not working

Hello,

I have recently received the nrf5340 development kit as part of the Hackster contest.

I followed the webinar and to get started 

1. Connected board via micro USB and turned Power switch to ON position.

2. the LED5 besides the MCU is on.

3. SW6 is in a DEFAULT position. SW9 is VDD power source position. SW10 is in the OFF position. 

4 Downloaded nRF connect for desktop and nRF programmer tool, but the select device stays grey with no device.

How do solve this error.

Measure VDD with GND - 1.73v

Does the "Select Device" drop down menu say "No device available"? 

With the board connected and turned on, could you open a terminal and run "nrfjprog -i"?

No device available and "nrfjprog -i" is not having any output

Could you try using another usb cable and port? And could you measure the voltage at "VDD nrf" too?

Tried with 3 different USB cables and no result.
"VDD nrf" measured as 1.50v

That's a bit low.

Could you turn it off and on using the power switch after its plugged in, and then make sure that the switch is pulled far towards the on position? The 5340dk can have some issues with its switches. 

And could you take a photo of your board?
