Can't reinstall nrfgoStudiowin641212 after unload

Hi,

 

Note that nrfgo studio is not recommended for new development, and is replaced by nrf connect for desktop.

 

I am unable to recreate this scenario when testing on windows 10 x64.

 

Q1: Are you choosing a custom/full/typical installation?

Q2: which operating system version are you running?

Q3: Do you require nrfgo studio for a specific task?

A1: I have tryed all of custom/full/typical installation. but not work.

A2:windows 10 x64

A3:nrfgo studio only used for erase chip. a new chip have softdevice inside and protected by default, Can't be erased or programed by IAR and Keil. it must be "Erase All" in nrfgo studio before use. a few days ago, I don not realize this point, I think nrfgo studio is useless and uninstalled it. Can't reinstall Anymore.

“nrf connect for desktop” is OK. I will choose it and  no longer try to install nrfgo studio.
