NB-IOT JIO SIM Not connecting asset tracker Work Up to RRC Connected and stuck there.

Using NB- IOT JIO SIM in india, not connecting asset tracker Work Up to RRC Connected and stuck there. This is custom code very similar to asset tracker example. We are using custom board, same setup works fine on Ibasis SIM in USA.

    It is little urgent, can you reply soon if possible.

    I have shared same modem trace to JIO, but they are still asking for modem log so is nRF9160 modem log does not include all LTE Physical, MAC, RRC, NAS signaling prints. Below is their reply.

    The logs attached previously. Shows device read the SIB1, 2, 3 but in the logs we do not see any NAS message. Either logs did not capture the parameters properly or device did not send.

    Also, we cannot debug with AT command logs. With AT commands it only shows the status, but not the reason.

    We would always need the modem logs to debug.

    Please try to capture the Modem logs and send to us.
