Problems with the GPS operation of the 9160

Does the 9160 GPS module have a built-in LNA?  Is it possible to adjust the GPS receiving sensitivity? 

We hope that the wireless index of wearable products when worn on the hand can reach: the star value reaches 35-40dB.  How to solve the problem of slow star search speed caused by interference caused by wearing on the hand?

Are you using A-GPS?

That can help speeding up searches.

regarding LNA, it is recommended to add an external LNA and SAW filter on the GPS antenna input.
