Wireshark hangs on "Initializing external capture plugins"

Wireshark hangs on "Initializing external capture plugins" after installing the nRF Sniffer for Blluetooth LE capture tool. What may be the cause of such problem?

Can you please provide more information on what the issue is? What OS are you on? What version of Wireshark are you using?

Before installation of nRF Sniffer for Blluetooth LE capture tool, Wireshark was starting OK, after, it hangs on startup, showing message "Initializing external capture plugins". OS is Windows 10. Wireshark version is 3.4.7 (win64).

What version of Python version are you using? Are you following the steps provided in our Infocenter for nRF Sniffer for BLE? Have you verified that you are able to run the tool correctly from Command Line?
