Getting nRF5340 to System Off 0.9 uA

Hello,

Looking at the product specification, the nRF5340 system off current is specified at 0.9 uA. Can you please provide an example that I can run on the DK which can help measure this? Do I need to put both cores in system off to achieve this current? Can you elaborate more on the Force-OFF mode?

Using the system off example from Zephyr with the nRF5340 with west build -b nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp, I was able to measure as low as 10 uA in the system off period using PPK-2 which is higher than 0.9 uA quoted in the product specification.

Hi Akash

Did you try to set the SW6 switch to "nRF ONLY", in order to make sure you are only measuring the chip current draw?
