Asset Tracker not sending sensor info(LED4 lights up in yellow)

I'm running an asset tracker application using nRF9160-DK.

If it is normal, LED4 lights up in green and data is sent to nRF Cloud, but LED4 lights up in yellow and no data is sent.

LED5 is also blinking yellow quickly.

How can I get it back to normal?

Also, please tell me the factors that cause this.

could you provide some more information:

1. Are you using the asset_tracker or asset_tracker_v2 sample?
2. Which cloud are you connecting to?
3. What SIM are you using?
4. Have you double checked that you have enough data on your SIM?

  I am using the asset_tracker sample.

2.Which cloud are you connecting to?

  It connects to nRF Cloud.

3.What SIM are you using?

  I am using the iBASIS SIM that comes with the nRF9160 DK.

4.Have you double checked that you have enough data on your SIM?

  There is enough data in the SIM.

I'm sorry, it may be because I operated it in an environment with a high ambient temperature.

Does the nRF9160 DK or nRF9160 module work like overheat protection?

What temperatures is the DK exposed to? The nRF9160 is rated from –40°C to +85°C.
