Customer needs them for BLE certification though I think those in nRF52840 report are same.

BTW, may I pre-fetch nRF5340's for any future request?

The RF-PHY qualification was not done for each separate chip in the nRF52 series. They share a common QDID. It's therefore the same. Attached are the RF-PHY ICS and IXIT for both devices:
