    Thanks a lot for the detailed description of the issue you are facing.

    If I see this right, you also have an installation of NCS v1.4.0 on C:\ in addition to NCS v1.6.1 on D:\?

    I wonder if something could have been mixed up here giving you the error during SES import. The first thing I would recommend you do is to uninstall your complete NCS toolchain (including SES) and reinstall NCS v1.6.1 only on its default path, which is C:\Users\{user}\ncs.

    Can you give this a try and check if it makes any difference?
