Creating PC BLE Driver C libraries for nRF52840 Dongle following the Readme.md on GitHub fails

I followed all the steps from the readme instruction and struggle at:

## Compiling pc-ble-driver from source

Step 1. Install vcpkg dependencies is running succesfull

Step 2. cmake -G Ninja ..     returns with errors

Could it be that you don't have the administrator rights for D:\ drive? Is there any different if you try C:\?

I tried C:\ and there is no difference

While starting the command "cmake -G Ninja .."  there are also folders and files created in \build , which is also proofing that I have admin rights.

Seems like CMAKE is using the SEGGER compiler instead of the host compiler. If you're using VS toolchain, could you try building from "Developer command prompt for VS"? Type "developer" in the start menu and it should come up.

I tried to build from "Developer command prompt VS" and it worked. I was able to build the project. Thanks for your support
