case about nRF9160 dk user p0.26 as button failure

Hi,

Please help me deal with the problem that P0.26 IO port is invalid as a key

I connected the P0.26 port to GND and used SES simulation to see the following results

I used P0.26 IO port as the Button, but failed. My configuration is as follows:

1.DK:pca10090 0.8.5 (userd nRF9160)

board changed :Cut SB15

2.sdk: ncs v1.7.0

3.example path: D:\ncs\v1.7.0\zephyr\samples\basic\button

4. :board config changed:D:\ncs\v1.7.0\zephyr\boards\arm\nrf9160dk_nrf9160\nrf9160dk_nrf9160_common.dts

Does the button work when you build for secure? If it works in a secure build, try adding a folder named "child_image" to your application, and add a file called "spm.conf" to this folder, containing the line "CONFIG_SERIAL=n". Then see if it works for non-secure.

I'm sorry, could you clarify, does P0.26 work when you build for secure? When the board is "nrf9160dk_nrf9160" and not "nrf9160dk_nrf9160_ns".

0.8.5 is an old engineering sample of the nRF9160, so it's taking a little while for me to procure a board to test this on.

P0.26 is not available, whether nrf9160dk_nrf9160 or nrf9160dk_nrf9160_ns.

The P0.26 port is invalid regardless of the DK board version

Hi again, I seem to have got it working now. This node, in nrf9160dk_nrf52840/nrf9160dk_nrf52840.dts, must be disabled:

vcom0_pins_routing: switch-nrf91-uart1 {
	compatible = "nordic,nrf9160dk-optional-routing";
	control-gpios = <&gpio1 14 GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW>;
	status = "disabled";
};

This must be done for the image flashed to the nrf52840, as it controls alternate routing.
