How to check status of servers in Bluetooth Mesh ?

Hi, I am trying create mesh network including: 1 client (run simultaneously light_switch_client + light_ctl_client)  and 5 servers  ( 4 light_switch_server + 1 light_ctl_client). In my mesh network, phone apps "nrf mesh" is provisioner.

I want to check status of servers from client (alive or not).

Could anyone give me a suggestion ?
