The board connected to the PC for the first time, but after I mistakenly loaded the Bluetooth low energy sample instead, the Power profile on software nrf connected for desktop to the board -> The board could not connect to the PC as it did at the beginning (the PC no detect the board and there is no red led on board).

I did not understand your issue. Is your board not connecting to the PC? Could you tell me which board is it that you are using? (nrf52840 DK or nrf52840 PDK or anything else).
Could you kindly explain what is the issue with the PPK2?
