1.How to test the  ESD Human Body Model (HBM) performance of nRF5340?

2.How to test ESD Charged Device Model (CDM) performance of nRF5340?

    This is a test that is done as part of the qualification of the device with very specific test conditions. .You will normally do ESD testing with the device mounted on a PCB in a housing in a final product. There are different standards that describes how to do this, one is CENELEC EN 61000-4-2
