sd_ble_enable: error 0x8030F4

I've a code that worked fine on nrf52832xxAA chip. I flashed the code to a new chip nrf52832xxAB (less RAM, ROM) and adjusted the scatter file according to sd ble recommendations:

RAM START ADDR 0x20000000 should be adjusted to 0x20001FE8
RAM SIZE should be adjusted to 0x6018

And I still have an error :

sd_ble_enable: RAM START at 0x20001FE8
sd_ble_enable: error 0x8030F4

I found this post where it explains the minimum RAM and ROM address to put Adjustment of RAM and Flash memory - Getting Started - nRF5 SDK guides - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com)

In my case I use softdevice v2 and when I fix ROM to 0x1C000 the program stucks.

It can get the below log when I put 0x0 as a beginning address for ROM:

RAM START ADDR 0x20003C00 should be adjusted to 0x20001FE8
RAM SIZE should be adjusted to 0x6018
sd_ble_enable: RAM START at 0x20003C00
sd_ble_enable: error 0x803EFC

Any idea?
