We did manage to reproduce the issue on an Android phone over here. Taking another look at the screenshots you have provided it seems like both the device and the phone is provisioned successfully. It looks like it is failing for the configuration message, the network transmit.
Ideally it should not happen but it can happen that the configuration message can fail, which mean that you just have to do it manually.
You could try to provision and if your not getting a response and it hangs then exit provision screen and configure this manually after going in to node. What I mean by that is after provisioning is completed and it hangs, exit the screen and reconnect manually then go into the node and try setting a network transmit in the configuration server model.
