Can anyone explain for me about ble_app_uart function ?
this example is too few comments about how to function work. So I can understand  flow how to nRF receive data from mobile phone ?
So can you suggest for me some documents related to this topic ? Thank you

If you would like to understand more about the technicalities for how the devices are communicating with each other I highly recommend part II and III of this tutorial series which details how services and characteristics with CCCD is used to transfer data between devices - exactly like it is done in the ble_app_uart example.
