Hi, 
 
 What is the lifespan of nRF52810, operating at room temperature ? How long can it reliably work? Do you have some figures on this ? If yes, is it same for other nordic controllers also ?

FIT refers "Failure In Time": a unit that represents failure rates and how many failures occur every 10 9 hours. You can read more about this here. 
 HTOL refers to: High-temperature operating life, a reliability test applied to integrated circuits to determine their intrinsic reliability. This test stresses the IC at an elevated temperature, high voltage and dynamic operation for a predefined period of time. 
 60% CL refers to a Confidence Level of 60%
