       Current NRF9160 MODEM mfw_nrf9160_1.3.1.zip, I want to update to mfw_nrf9160_1.3.0.zip，

       But an error is reported during the upgrade：

       

     how can I update to the old version?

Can you please elaborate on what you mean with blocked? Do you have any logs to share?

I'm seeing no issues on my side with up-/downgrading the modem FW. Can you share logs from the programmer app?

Hi, 

Have ensured that your device is not configured with XPRODDONE? From the description you provide it does sound like this is the case. 

From %XPRODDONE documentation:

The set command disables R&D features by closing the modem Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) connection and optionally permanently disables the use of the %XRFTEST and %XEMPR commands. The command also permanently enables the downgrade prevention of modem firmware.

Is it only XRFTEST and XPRODDONE that gives the error? Then I'm afraid that XPRODDONE has been enabled earlier. Please verify.

If this is the case, then there isn't much I can do I'm afraid.

No, this locks the current modem FW. No way of changing this other than starting with a new device I'm afraid.
