Connecting to trouble LTE Link monitor

Hi, I am having trouble connecting the LTE  Link monitor. I have already updated all certificates and firmware. But when I am trying to connect my device to the cloud it does not recognize my device. Can you please tell me how to reconnect my device to the LTE link monitor and turn on the modem and

make all are green?

 when I am trying to re-add my device to the Nrf cloud it gives me an error.   Can you please tell me what should I do to fix the problems?  please give me instructions step by step.
