Programmer: Part of the HEX regions are out of the device memory size, but you can still proceed write operation.

We're using a nRF52DK and the Nordic-Programmer-App to flash our firmware on our custom boards. After upgrading to Programmer v2.3.3 I'm getting the Error-Message "Part of the HEX regions are out of the device memory size, but you can still proceed write operation." after adding the bootloaders HEX-file to the file memory layout. After flashing (App, Settings. Softdevice, Bootloader) the board stays in DFU-Mode.

Flashing the same HEX-files with the previous version of the programmer-App worked just fine. When I flash all the components with Segger Embedded Studio as "Additional Load Files" it's also working fine. So what has chenged in the new Programmer version, and how can I solve it?

Kind regards
