I have MacOs, Is it compatible with the software that i need to run my project?

Depending on what SDK you're you have a few options. If you use the nRF Connect SDK the VS code and nRF Connect extension mentioned by Anthony Yuan is the best option. For nRF5 SDK projects I would recommend using SEGGER Embedded Studios. You get a free license for it if you have an nRF device.

Please note that if you're new to the Nordic Semiconductor workspace we recommend using the nRF Connect SDK which is our newest, and we also just released the DevAcademy with courses on nRFConnect SDK fundamentals, and much much more.
