Power Profiler timestamp issue

I am using the beacon mod example with my nRF52-DK to calc battery life. All measurements are taken with PPK2 (a great tool by the way), but in the PC application my timestamp (tested via BLE 100 and 5000 ms should be) does not match at all with what it should be, and instead of 500 seconds log (at maximum resolution) I can measure 3-4 times less. How to fix it?

Are you using an AMD cpu by any chance. We have seen this problem on certain AMD chipsets as mentioned in this post here: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/71821/nrf-connect-v3-6-1-and-ppk2-timing-problem

No. My laptop is DELL Precision 5540:

Any ideas what it might be? this issue really makes analyze difficult...

PS: Pover Profilel ver is 3.4.3

Strange, I have only seen this with AMD chipsets. Please try with another USB port if you have not already. If you use an USB hub, then I suggest trying one of the PC ports instead.
