Issue with nRF Cloud

I have an issue when registering the SIM card on nRF cloud. The save button on the form shown below won't active and can't be clicked. I have tried to fill just the asterisked field or all of them, but still no luck.

  • Thanks for the response. However I've got another issue. On the form which required to enter the ICCID and PUK, before the form I mentioned above, it showed Tenant "x" already has SIM "y" registered error message.

    The error has occurred to me before. Usually I just delete the SIM card entry and re-adding them. But right now, regardless of the green success message when I delete the entry, that SIM card entry just shows up again when I refresh the page thus the already registered SIM message is still present.
