I have an issue when registering the SIM card on nRF cloud. The save button on the form shown below won't active and can't be clicked. I have tried to fill just the asterisked field or all of them, but still no luck.

Thanks for the response. However I've got another issue. On the form which required to enter the ICCID and PUK, before the form I mentioned above, it showed Tenant "x" already has SIM "y" registered error message.
The error has occurred to me before. Usually I just delete the SIM card entry and re-adding them. But right now, regardless of the green success message when I delete the entry, that SIM card entry just shows up again when I refresh the page thus the already registered SIM message is still present.
