Custom Bootloader

Hi

I have developed a device using the nRF52832 and I am wondering if there is built in functionality to reset the chip back into bootloader mode without programming the device? At the moment we have uploaded faulty FW on the device so we cannot connect to it via the ble to send it into bootloader mode. 

Alternatively, could you make a custom bootloader to prevent bricking the device?

What resources are availiable?

Unfortunately, the mcuboot recovery mode is only supported by serial. See my colleague's answer in this case. You can pull the request here https://github.com/mcu-tools/mcuboot/pulls or the mcuboot Slack channel.
