How to track the ble throughput with nrf sniffer?

Hi all,

I have set up an nrf52840 as the sniffer to sniff the connections between my custom board and central phone. My goal is to figure out the bottle neck of the ble throughput using the sniffer as suggestion in link.

My question is: how can I figure it out from the information provided by sniffer? is it something to do with the "packet time", "delta time"?

In the blog I explained how you can achieve high throughput and how you can verify it with the sniffer. An example was also provided.
