nrfjprog error question

Dear Nordic Engineers

I  install nrf command line  10.1.6.0 in my office PC.There was a problem after the installation complate.

I input "nrfjprog" in powerShell ,it's normal here.when I input "nrfjprog -v",it's display 

"ERROR: An internal error has occurred, please try again.
NOTE: For additional output, try running again with logging enabled (--log).
NOTE: Any generated log error messages will be displayed."

I‘ve try to uninstall and reinstall many times, but this problem is not beem solved.

My office PC’s massage in following:

I've try to install nrf command line 64bit and 32bit version,but it's not solved problem.

Please give me some good advice.

    Hi, 

    Please check and install J-Link in a path that only contains ASCII characters. J-Link does not support unicode paths.

    Hi, 

    Although it got errors while generating the log, it should still have generated a log file. Please provide the log file found at ./log.log

    Hi,

    Looks like it's typically caused by the startup event in the event viewer being removed. This can happen if the system has been running for a long time or if the system log has been manually cleared.

    We'll look at fixing this for 10.18.0 (10.17.0 is already planned), in the meantime. Could you try to restart the computer? This should ensure the event is present for the boost to look up.
