nRF Connect for Desktop doesn't show anything

I followed the document and downloaded nRF Connect for Desktop in Ubuntu 18.04.5.

Then I changed the permission of nrfconnect-3.11.1-x86_64.appimage to "allow executing files as program", and tried to run it.

But nRF Connect for Desktop didn't show anything as the picture shows above.

How can I fix this?

My apologies for being unspecific here. The two mentioned links are called when opening nRF Connect for Desktop. I can only reproduce the issue you are facing on my distribution if I disable my internet. Hence, the question :-)

But it is good to know that v3.11.0 works for you. I guess I have to check with our developers here.
