nRF Connect for Desktop doesn't show anything

I followed the document and downloaded nRF Connect for Desktop in Ubuntu 18.04.5.

Then I changed the permission of nrfconnect-3.11.1-x86_64.appimage to "allow executing files as program", and tried to run it.

But nRF Connect for Desktop didn't show anything as the picture shows above.

How can I fix this?

    I upgraded my distribution to Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS, and it worked!

    I encountered another problem. I want to use the Programmer app to write a file to my nRF52840 Dongle, but I can't click Write Button.

    The message shows "Failed to get the library versions: JLINKARM_DLL_COULD_NOT_BE_OPENED (Origin: "Failed to get module versions.")"
