nrf52833 not detected by USB

Hi

I have nrf52833DK it was working all fine but suddenly the LED5 is not lighting up and it is not detected by USB port. I tried to check the board voltage regulators and all are working fine. If I use the bootloader mode the LED 5 starts blinking and it is detected by USB board as a bootloader. Can anybody help me how to get it back to normal working.

I eventually managed to resolve this issue by uploading the binary provided by nrf52833 dk problem pca10100 don't recognized by windows in bootloader mode.
