I try to read and write the data without connecting nRF52832.is there possible to do? Then is it correct or not? if it's wrong means give me the possible solutions.
Now I am currently working as a cross-platform App developer. I am facing these errors: the Dfu file was not found and the Device is not connected.

Zara is right. The only way to transfer data via BLE without connections is with advertising, and that only lets you transfer small amounts of data from the peripheral to the central, and not the other way around. (This is a general Bluetooth LE concept and not specific to Nordic). If you are new to Bluetooth LE development I suggest spending a bit of time with the basics first, and for that I suggest The Bluetooth
Low Energy Primer.
