nRF Connect for Desktop Screen Blank

when I open nrf connect for desktop i got blank page,

and there nothing in the console:

I've installed/am using:

  • nRF Connect for Desktop v.3.11.1
  • J-Link V7.68b

Also can i download the nrf lte link monitor install manually without passing by nrf connect desktop?

    I had seen this problem.

    The solution was (while nrf connect isnt running) -> delete %APPDATA%\nrfconnect directory

    or, if there is data you care about in there, like saved captured data or something

    then rename nrfconnect in %APPDATA% to something like old_nrfconnect, then you could load previous data from there.

    When you start-up nrf connect for desktop again, it will then be in its virgin state, and will regenerate its data files.

    Apparently this software could corrupt its data directory, and i hope they could fix it.
