how to improve the nRF Distance Measurement stability

Hi.
We evaluated the nRF Distance Measurement result with sample 'samples/bluetooth/nrf_dm' of nRF Connect SDK 2.0.0. hardware is two nrf52833dk_nrf52833 board. Below is a test log at 10 meters distances outdoors. 

poor or failure will possible occur continuously. Is there any way to improve the ranging stability? and How to increase data output rate?

    The factors in my previous reply can affect stability, which is why I asked for more information about them. Please answer the following questions:

    • What other 2.4GHz items are in the area when you are testing?
    • Can you share a picture of your test setup? 
    • How are you powering the boards?

    Please also check if the readings are from a stable location, as the jumps in range seem to correlate well with the QoS data.

  • Hi,

    • the location for test close to residence building which have some room with 2.4g wifi signal.
    • The test environment is as shown below.

           

       Board A is on the carton. it connect to PC with usb cable.

       Power on the board B with a battery CR2032 3V and hold it with hand.

       People who hold the board will turn around.

       Test log is print by board A.

    • Power on the Board  A First . Power on the Board B after few second at least.
