How to get the Nordic nRF9160 DK out of the box and up and running

I am watching this video to operate the nRF9160DK.

The PIN number was written on the back of the nRF9160, so I skipped the video to 9:36 as instructed at 5:21, selected "LTE device" addition in "nRF Cloud", and purchased a soracom SIM. to select "Skip this step".
After that, I entered the device ID and PIN in "Add LTE Device" and selected "Add Device", but "There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412" error is displayed.
Can you tell me how to improve it?

    +CEREG document explains that your connection is reject by the network and the EMM acuse is 19. According to EPS Mobility Management (EMM) cause value described in 3GPP TS 24.301 Annex A:
    Cause #19 – ESM failure
    This EMM cause is sent to the UE when there is a failure in the ESM message contained in the EMM message.
    Please double check with your network operater if you have the correct SIM card that supports to be used on their LTE-M network and that you are using the correct APN.
