How to get the Nordic nRF9160 DK out of the box and up and running

I am watching this video to operate the nRF9160DK.

The PIN number was written on the back of the nRF9160, so I skipped the video to 9:36 as instructed at 5:21, selected "LTE device" addition in "nRF Cloud", and purchased a soracom SIM. to select "Skip this step".
After that, I entered the device ID and PIN in "Add LTE Device" and selected "Add Device", but "There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412" error is displayed.
Can you tell me how to improve it?

I tried, but I can't set APN with AT command from LTE Link Monitor v2.0.1.

I am using soracom's SIM, and the contents are as follows.

Name: Any (Example: SORACOM)
APN: soracom.io
Username: sora
Password: sora
PDP Type : IP
Authentication type: CHAP or PAP

I set this with the following AT command, but I can't communicate well.

The modem firmware written to the nRF9160 is mfw_nrf9160_1.3.2.zip.
NCS is nRF Connect SDK v2.0.0.
