Problem in connecting phone with thingy53

Hello everyone,

I am using Thingy53 device, For the first time when I switched on the device, The LED light blinked twice but since after that it is not blinking also, trying to connect my phone with the device by the device is not discoverable on Bluetooth.

It would be very kind if someone can please provide information about the same or please share the link if there is any demo video for the first time connecting a mobile with device.

Did you try with nRF connect app ? The screenshot looks like Edge Impulse app.

Which iPhone and OS version are you trying with?

Yes I tried with nRF connect app. This is Iphone 8. but looking at the project requirement now I am trying to connect my device with laptop.

So, when I tried to add a device on Edge impulse platform it is not showing Thing53.

How can I add my device with laptop? Could you please help me to connect my device with laptop.

Where you able to connect through nRF connect app?.

Are you trying with Mac/Windows?
