Using a QSPI with our nRF52840 arduino nano 33 ble Board

Could I use an MIKROE-4067

or MIKROE-2828 with my arduino nano 33 ble board to work with nRF connect "zephyr" and add the edge impulse libraries?

Yes, that should be possible to do, we've had customers in the past using the W25Q128JV as QSPI flash devices with nRF52840 designs in the past. As for what you mean by "adding the edge impulse libraries" you need to explain more what you mean by. You shouldn't need an external flash to run the Edge Impulse samples.

I 'am using a project that I found in edge impulse forum "there size is more than 26 Mb" and I added the edge impulse libraries like this:

It's better than the samples that I found in nRF connect.

Okay, I think that should be fine, but since we haven't tested this project internally we can't guarantee that it works as intended. So you'll be "on your own" in getting this example up and running I'm afraid. I'm happy to help if you have any nRF specific questions, but for the Edge impulse specific questions/issues I think you need to refer to the edge impulse forum.
