Issues with 52832 sleep current

The product is used in a humid environment, found that the 52832 chip sleep current becomes large, from 30uA to 80uA, now has disconnected all external pins only retain the most basic peripheral circuit, the situation is still the same. If you use a baking gun to blow on the chip for a short time, the current will return to normal. What has happened inside the chip due to the water vapor that caused the current to increase, and what should I do next?

If you see this in only one device, I suspect solder problems, corrosion etc. In very humid environments, some kind of conformal coating is recommended.

Put the product into 85 temperature and 85 humidity test chamber, the probability of producing leakage is 50%

Have you tried to coat the PCB? It would be interesting to see if the increased current is due to the humidity or if there are solder issues.
