Hello, my OS is Windows 10 Pro x64, which is the right version to be install??? I used nrf connect  2 years ago, but I have not succeeded anymore with the newer versions

Hello Mariano,

Have you tried the newest version for windows available here, which would be v3.12.0? Make sure that you have Windows selected.

If reinstalling it from there doesn't work, could you try accessing this folder in file explorer? 

If you are able to access it, could you check if you have all access rights to it by right clicking the folder and checking the security permissions etc. as explained here?
