matter: CONFIG_DEBUG in Zephyr leads to built errors with the current Matter version

I am using the current nrf-sdk v2.1.0, which includes the matter version v2.1.0 from the Nordic repository.

I encountered an error that setting CONFIG_DEBUG will result in an unised-variable error in the matter repository, which is (as far as I can see) already fixed in the matter repository. It would be nice if this would make it to nrf-sdk v2.1.1.

I stand corrected: the error is currently not fixed in matter. I have submitted a pull request fixing the issue and keeping you updated.
