HID touch can't work on windows and ios(work on android)

 Currently i am working on nrf51822 for multi touch HID.For that i have chosen mouse HID example as a reference,I refer to this example(  is multi touch HID possible with nrf51822 chip?  ),

 I have been able to test this successfully on Android,but I haven't been able to test this successfully on Windows and ios,what do i need to modify to work on windows and ios.

When I test on windows and ios, the bluetooth can be connected normally, and the windows system also recognizes the driver of the HID touchScreen, but nothing happens when I test a single tap or double tap, so what should I do next?

There is not much to go on here. It could be that something (for instance the HID report map) is incorrect, but that is accepted by the Android device. We would need more information in order to suggest something more specific.
